Question About Bosch Appliances Refrigerator KGV28VOOGB
Freezer not cold enough...

I have a control knob up to 5 and a switch with a red setting. The freezer is in a cold room and has worked o.k until now when it has been very cold. I do not know which setting it should be on so would love a manual or any help please.? Thanks
