our side door water dispenser is not working...the brass water source line from under our sink runs along walls which border w/ the outside and it has been very cold over the last few days (got below 0F)....any good spots to try to thaw out or other trouble shooting steps i can take to determine the problem...hopefully w/o thawing out the freezer....i'd be interested in getting a diagram of the water line in the dispenser door.
