Ice Maker Not Working...

My ice maker is not freezing the water... everything else seems to be working fine, but nothing is frozen.

0 Freezer not cold enought to make ice its been like this for a couple months and now the fridge is not cold enough. I called for service a couple months ago even though its only 1 1/2 old they told me it would cost $200 for the service call and they would charge for ever 10 minutes the service guy is here. Anyone have any advice.
