My Bosch Intelligent All refrigerator 39 is not cooling. The motor is running, the inside light comes on, the fan inside is running. The temperature light on the outside , above the door , is flashing and will not stay on permanently when we try resetting the temp. Am I going to have to replace the whole Dynamic Cooling Unit ( Cooling Panel) ? Thank you Mike. South Africa.
