My Bosch Intelligent Frost Free 40 fridge isn't co...

My Bosch Intelligent Frost Free 40 fridge isn't cold, it's almost warm inside both the fridge and the freezer. I have tried to turn the temperature down but that doesn't help. Any ideas?
