We have a Bosch refrigerator...serial B20CS81SNS/0...

We have a Bosch refrigerator...serial B20CS81SNS/02. The upper portion of the freezer isn't cooling sufficiently although the lower portion is fine. It's not freezing in the ice cube compartment...so no ice.
