I have an old Braun KF 180 coffee maker. Can't figure out how to set the time. Please help!

5 To prgram the automatic operation, press the automatic buton until the green pilot light begins to flash. The time "12:00" or the previously programmed time appears on the display. When the green pilot light begins to flash, release the button and press the hour and minute buttons until the correct shows; ensure the hours are am or pm. After programming is completed, the green pilot light will go off after 5 seconds.
