I need a user's manual for a Consul Slow Cooker Model SC-1. It may have been manufactured by Braun some time ago as I received it as a gift from my neighbour. It looks like it has 3 position settings 0, 1, and 11. It most likely indicates off, slow, and fast operation . There is no timer on the appliance but I can use a thermometer to check doneness. It would be good to know the temperature settings to estimate cooking times.
