I have had my Bravetti microwave convention oven for well over 5 years now. I basically use for reheating. Are there any service places in New York city where I could possibly take it. It doesn't want to shut off now and I have to unplug from the wall. It spot heats now also. It is worth repair or do I look for another. Do you still make microwaves. Thamks
