Re: Model KC272BN Our appliance is a couple of years old, but has only been used twice, the same result both times. After much more time than suggested, food not cooked. Example: cubed potatoes and sliced carrots, crunchy after 9 hours on high. We checked the temperature with a meat probe and found it to be less than 140*F. What can be done? Ray
