This is not a question. I am very, very disappointed in your Slow Cooker, model # KC241B. I used it to make a soup that burned and ruined quite a number of ingredients! I am a senior who lives on Old Age Security and do a lot of Slow Cooker recipes and have never had this problem with any other brand! I will be passing all this information on to family and friends so they will not be purchasing Bravetti products!!
