Just bought this today and find conflicts between mainstream and gluton free preparation. Like adding things. My wife has been diagnosed Gluton Intol so we bought this for that reason. I'm not complaining but there just doesn't seem to be a trail (audit trail if you like) of the gluton free process when certain things differ so radically.We gave it a go and can actually smell the aroma wafting through the house now but a lot of uncertainty. Mainstream says to add things after the second mix and that it beeps. No mention of anything with Gluton free preparation to add things, It only goes through 1 mix and no beeps. Any help here appreciated. Thanks Dave
