Could anyone tell me how i can change the weight of the loaf? I want to make a loaf of 500gr and mine is from 750gr?? Thanks Bernie

0 The model BR8L is not designed to create a ball of dough any smaller than 750g. Please do not attempt to make anything smaller. Failure of the loaf to rise, kneading paddle falling off, ingredients not mixing, ect. will be just a few of the possible things that could go wrong if you do. Hope this helps.
