4 Ring Breville Customer Care Australia Ph 1300139798 They have all manuals in PDF format and will email them to you, No Worries.. Cheers

1 Called customer helpline and were very helpful. Did not wait on phone to talk to staff member and was very straight forward in getting the manual. Just need the model no when calling.
