Hi, not sure how old the machine is, what comes through both the steam want and the coffee maker part but it is stone cold, the on off button keeps flashing for hours, the brew light and steam light never come on im guessing this is because the machine doesnt get hot enough......we dont have a manual so am lost at what to do..... thanks
