The problem I have given you in my initial question that I send you does not cover in the manual troubleshooting. I have no issues with grinding or a clean chamber etc. because I use to chambers that holds the grounded coffee and the filter bag. So it is completely dry and clean each time I use the coffee maker. and also I have an extra hopper chamber as well. Can I bring the coffee maker back to Bed Bath & Beyond where I bought it in November 2014.
