Having trouble dissembling the juicer, the metal blade insert is firmly embedded in the plastic base and I cannot get it or the plastic base out of the juicer - cannot dislodge it or take it apart and wash it. Have had trouble before with this but usually I just shake it or wobble it until it dislodges. is there a safety catch or something which is preventing it from being dissembled???
