please send me a copy of the manual having trouble getting the micro mesh filter out

5 The answer to removing the mesh basket and surround is just to pull up on it with a bit of force - it will not break it. There are 3 little balls that move in and out that are located in a groove and they are holding the basket in place. You just need to pull it upward with a bit of force and it will come off.

0 please send me the manual, have tried everyway to remove the top parts ie mesh filter
