Question About Breville Juicer None
taking apart the juicer to clean...

I am trying to get the compartment with the cone shaped strainer in it off.It says just rotate to the left, But there isnt clearance to rotate left and i dont want to force it, whats up?? i dont have the user manual,i was given the juicer by a friend. any suggestions??
