Our Breville BM0300 Microwave is not heating. The only solution offered in the manual is to check that the door is closed properly. The door is DEFINITELY closed properly. All the functions appear to be working - light comes on, turntable turns, clock counts down but food is as cold as it went in. Has the magnetron(?) ceased functioning. There is possibly a faint electrical smell.... Can someone help? John
