when I plug it in I see the yellow light very little in the bottom on I have to depress the up and down bottom up for colder the other bottom for hot the up bottom for hotter but whe I depress the up bottom for colder and the up bottom for hotter It Does nothing. It does not go up or down at all in both places neither the cold or the hot I need to reset it
