The fan light is blinking on my range hood. Model number CJD130SS. How do I get it to stop?

6 The fan light switch blinks when it is time to clean the filter. Clean the filter, then press and hold the switch for 3 seconds to reset it.

5 I used it and it worked for me..mine was blinking and I just held it in for 3 sec and it worked to stop the blinking...Yay thanks
