The ManualsOnline team has found the manual for this product! We hope it helps solve your problem. Get the Manual Here
5 I'm not sure which manual you are looking for because I don't have the serial number of your grinder. Here is the website to find the manual you need. This website is working. http://www.bunn.com/support/manuals/index.html Here's the link for grinders, go to the bottom of the page. http://www.bunn.com/support/manuals/grinders.html I could not find the 22100 grinder but everything on the net references it to the G1,G2,G3, and G2 perfecta grinder. It is based on your serial number. The operating manual and the service manuals are the same for all serial numbers. The illustrated parts manual is different based on your serial number. Based on my 17 years as Biomedical Equipment Technician and given the symptoms you have presented, I would bet either there is a blown fuse/ circuit breaker problem on the grinder if it has one, coffee beans are stuck in the gears and won't allow them to turn, or lastly the motor may be bad. Listen carefully when you turn on the grinder if you hear a slight humming sound it means the motor is getting power and is stuck (something may be stopping the gears). Sometimes it might need a good shaking and even a slight bang on the table to loosen the motor. If that does not work then it may need to be taken apart and cleaned or serviced. If you are tech savvy and know how to repair equipment there are parts diagrams/ numbers that you can use to repair it yourself if it needs a motor or gear replaced. Just make sure it is not still in warranty or you will void the warranty. Here is their warranty statement to help you decide (also in the illustrated parts manual). Bunn-O-Matic Corp. (“BUNN”) warrants equipment manufactured by it as follows: 1) Airpots, thermal carafes, decanters, GPR servers, iced tea/coffee dispensers, MCP/MCA pod brewers thermal servers and Thermofresh servers (mechanical and digital)- 1 year parts and 1 year labor. 2) All other equipment - 2 years parts and 1 year labor plus added warranties as specified below: a) Electronic circuit and/or control boards - parts and labor for 3 years. b) Compressors on refrigeration equipment - 5 years parts and 1 year labor. c) Grinding burrs on coffee grinding equipment to grind coffee to meet original factory screen sieve analysis - parts and labor for 4 years or 40,000 pounds of coffee, whichever comes first.
