Bush dishwasher WV1275DS My dishwasher starts when...

Bush dishwasher WV1275DS My dishwasher starts when I switch it on but after around a minute it stop and some of the lights on the control panel flash. When I open it there is water in the base which is cold. Could this be a problem with the water pump or the heating element?
