My lower spray arm sticks Sometimes the lower basket has...

My lower spray arm sticks. Sometimes the lower basket has not washed properly and I find the lower spray arm is hard to rotate. It frees as soon as I touch it and the shaft and housing are clean when I remove it. Any ideas?
