I have a bush range cooker g90sw, I have had a gas...

I have a bush range cooker g90sw, I have had a gas engineer to fit it but he isnt sure howits to be installed as it has 2 connection pipes? is one to be capped off, or are they both ment to be connected? need help with this ASAP!
