5 Three possible scenarios. Sounds silly, but pull the oven out and make sure the plug is securely all the way plugged in. If it's hanging halfway out, some parts can work but others wont. While it's pulled out, unplug it, and remove the panel where you see the wires going in. Make sure none are burned, black, loose, etc. if neither the bake element or the broiler element work, and the wires/plug are ok, you may need the actual switch that turns that part on. Open the bottom drawer. There should be a model and serial # on a label. Write it down or snap a pic of it and take it to a local appliance parts dealer. Should run around $30-50. To replace the switch, Remove the panel behind where the switches are (remember to unplug it!), also remove the knob on the switch. There are 2 small screws that hold it in. Remove these and match the wires from the old switch to the new one. They just pull off and push on. Lastly, if it's just one or the other not working (bake or broiler element), same thing with the model number. Bring it in and ask for the element that isn't working. Elements can go bad or have a break in them and it not even be visible. Remove the bake or broil element by unscrewing the screws and pulling it out. Pull the wires off and place them on the new element. They're self explanatory there's only 2 and obvious where they go. Slide it back in and replace the screws on the mounting plate. Good luck!
