have capresso 452 team unit that grinds and brews....

have capresso 452 team unit that grinds and brews. basket will not hold in grind position, and this morning the grinder did not work. I've been holding the basket in the grind position for a couple of months. my area rep is mike kramm. johnwheelock@yahoo.com
