0 I had this same problem I got mine from a Thrift Store and it didn't have it's manual either. I have just gotten a great Email from the company in regards to this Same Product. I went to this site http://www.capresso.com/cust_mail.html and the reply was that they would send one to me in the US mail free of charge. You can do the same.
