Bought a Cascade microwave oven and within months ...

Bought a Cascade microwave oven and within months of using it, the microwave light stopped functioning and then a few months later, the button you push to open the oven door stopped working and we could not get food out of the oven. Why all these defects/problems? Where can we go in NZ to get these defects repaired?
