Question About Chef's Choice Kitchen Utensil I dont know
meat slicer manual...

Our church borrowed a meat slicer and I need a manual to dismantle the machine for cleaning and belt adjustment or replacement. I was a Chefs choice sold through Cabelos. The slicer wheel is about 10 or 12 inches . Thank you very much
