Question About Chef's Choice Oven Electric Built-In Double Cavity Wall Oven
Just purchased an apartment with Chef Electric Ove...

Just purchased an apartment with Chef Electric Oven - model no. EOC614W*32. Doesn't look as though its had much use but everything burns on the bottom on the middle shelf. Have tried up one, then down one, but still the same result. Any tips would be much appreciated.
