I have ther Citizen J5744 bread maker and have just found the manual. My scanner does not make PDF files, but image files, and it is extremely slow. I did find a 1800 number on the cover for people who have questions, or require help with their "new" Citizen bread maker. The number is 1-800-663-5954 and is accompanied by the instructions "call between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (Toronto time). I hope this helps some people.
