1 While waiting for some help finding a manual I found some information that may be helpful to others. I've posted a link to www.breadmachinedigest.comhttp://www.breadmachinedigest.com/beginners/generic_instructions.html where you'll find excellent generic instructions. They also suggest that if you have an older machine with an unsealed pan (like I do) that you donate it to Goodwill and get a new sealed version for between 30 and 50 dollars. They say you'll get much better bread. Hope this helps.
