0 I have the same freezer and the same problem. I had my service plus repairman come out to take a look (can't find my receipt to try for warranty coverage). He said there is a resistance in the line so the freezer will get cold but won't freeze. It also causes high voltage so we had to unplug. $1500 estimate for repair... 7x the cost of this piece of junk.

0 This just happen to mine. Gonna chalk up to a loss and be thankful i only lost about 75 $ worth of food. I will be contacting this company and thanking them for the great deal on their made in china p.o.s.

0 I just noticed my freezer is not freezing either, only had it about 14 months. can't find any information on this.
