I have rented a house with a Creda oven from the 1...

I have rented a house with a Creda oven from the 1980's I think. The top part is small and appears to work like a regular oven. The bottom, larger oven, has a fan and I'm told it's a convection oven. I need help on how to use this. Thanksgiving is coming and I'm clueless!
