Question About Creda Oven eso212
wiring and installation...

My existing wiring is two hot wires, a black and a red, a white neutral, and a smaller gage ground. The wiring coming from my Creda convection oven is a black, red, smaller white, and a thick yellow-green striped wire. Please tell me which wires where. thank you.
