Question About Crosley Oven Cre3530pw/pb
My oven is not heating up to the temperature I set...

My oven is not heating up to the temperature I set it at and only the top coil is hot not the bottom one that I need in order to make a turkey...I've turned broil off over and over but still is hot and not the bottom coil...plz help
