Question About Crosley Range C31103SAW

Just moved into a place that has a Crosley Gas Stove, Model # C31103SAW (I think it's old). The oven does not have a light in it...my question is, is there a spot for a light (I see one little round spot in back right of oven with a cover)...is there suppose to be a light there? Does the cover come off?
