0 Good Morning mcgregorwfee, thanks for your post! From what you have described your Crosley range is displaying an error code of “P31”. However, I show that “P31” is an invalid error code. It may be possible that your control panel is displaying a faulty error code. Sometimes performing a reset on your range will help correct the issue. You can reset your range by disconnecting power from it, either by unplugging the power cord or flipping the household circuit breaker, off for ten minutes. If the reset does not help and you continue to receive a “P31” error code I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your washer status has changed successfully.
