seeking user manual to determine if the gasket goes above or below the blade housing. Have had this thing for a while ad this is the second or third time I've used it. Seem to work well for my hollandaise sauce this am but sounds funny and then wouldn't turn back on. Giving it a rest to see if it over heated...Thanks for any information you can provide. MAJ
