I purchased this model in Dec. and have yet to make a successful loaf of bread in spite of diligently following the booklet recipes. The whole wheat loaf appears to be rising normally at the 2 hour mark ; however when the cycle is complete , the loaf is below the level of the bread pan, very dense and coarse - sometimes inedible. The machine also seems to get inordinately hot . I have baked w.w. bread in a Bl;ack and Decker machine for 7 years previously. Help ! mclaugk@gmail.com
