Our Cuisinart CCO-50 has stopped working and sound...

Our Cuisinart CCO-50 has stopped working and sounds like something is rolling around inside. I have taken out the 4 screws on the back to take it apart but it feels like something else needs to be removed to open it up. I do not have it with me at the moment. Question: how do you open it?
