I am having trouble turning on this coffee maker while i am house sitting at a friends place. It is a Cuisinart DCC-490PCC model. Please help!

0 I do not want to grind coffee but rather just run hot water through the machine once to clean it out since it has not been used for a long time so I do not need to do any programming or grinding just run it as if I were already brewing ground coffee beans.
