I bought the model CBC-5200PC and there was no instruction book included. I am uncertain why the part that holds the filter can not be removed for cleaning & why there is a removable piece of plastic that says 'open' at the bottom on the right side of the top inside.is there an instruction book available or do I need to return this item?
