I BOUGHT THIS COFFEE MAKER FROM SAMS CLUB,I LOVE IT BUT I GOT 1 FLAW IN IT, THIS IS MY QUESTION, AFTER THE MAKER MAKE THE COFFEE,HOW DO YOU KEEP THE BOTTOM PLATE ON TO KEEP THE COFFEE HOT ,MINE MAKE GREAT COFFEE, BUT AFTER 5 MINUTES IT KICK ITSELF OFF AND EVERY TIME I TURN IT BACK ON, IT KICK ITSELF BACK OFF,I BOUGHT FOR MY CONCESSION STAND AND I NEED HOT COFFEE WHEN I NEED IT

0 Sounds like it is defective. I would return it to the store. it should not shut off. There is a timer that you set for how long you want the warmer to stay on.

0 you should start the timer. it works for 4 hrs
