I have owned this product/model for many years. I like it very much and use it daily. All of a sudden the other day, when I started to brew my coffee as usual, I discovered the water wasn't running from the machine into the carafe as the brewing process was supposed to be taking place. It just wouldn't trickle down into the carafe from the machine. There was lots of steam coming from the machine (ie temperature was good and hot) and the machine was making lots of gurgling noises. Any suggestions?
