0 Very frustrated trying to download a manual. Your website teases you, by taking you to the download section & actually identifying the model, complete with a picture, then when you click onto the dwnld. icon you get thrown onto another page with pictures of a bunch of other products. I surrender!! If someone could e mail me a copy of this manual, it would be greatly appreciated. lenlozon@hotmail.com.

0 Very frustrating. I jumped through all of your hoops. I joined your manuals online & just got more of the same web pages. The closest I could could get to any related topic about this coffee maker was an add to buy another one. I have spent all morning trying to get a decent cup of coffee from this coffee machine. Again, Unless someone can E MAIL me a copy of the manual, I'm done wasting any more of my time journeying through the vast Galaxy of information about unrelated other products
