0 Same thing happened to me. I bought mine from JC Penney and first called them. They gave me the number for Cuisinart (800) 726-0190 and said I needed to call them for the manual. When calling Cuisinart, they wanted both the model and serial numbers and then told me the product is so new they don't have manuals. But they took my name and address and said I would have one in "a few days." I'm sceptical, though. The young man I spoke to seemed very unsure of his information. He tried to direct me to their website for an online version and when I told him been-there done-that no manual, he seemed surprised.
