My EM-200 is 3 months old and I have only used it ...

My EM-200 is 3 months old and I have only used it about 10 times. Today I used the 2 cup basket and didn't look like I got even 2 shots. Then the machine shut off and wouldn't come back on - couldn't steam the milk. I keep it really clean, so what is the problem?
